The reactivation of services is done automatically by the system, but if you want the service to be activated within a very short time, you must present proof of payment of the amount sent via SMS to your phone number. The proof can be sent in person to Vala counters, or via the email dedicated to businesses, business@kosovotelecom.com . Vala staff will activate the number within a few minutes.

After opening the page https://kosovotelecom.com/selfcare.php , enter your phone number as Username and password (this only applies for the first time), then press GET PIN to receive the PIN (SMS) from Vala. After opening the new window, enter the password you used to connect again, then press the new password you choose. Please note that for each connection to the portal you will be asked for a PIN that you will receive via SMS. For landline charges, you must come to the Customer Care Center to provide the e-mail or mobile phone number where you want to receive the PIN for the data in question.
