Content and validity of the new “Diaspora Jonë” number

The new “Diaspora Jonë” number enables uninterrupted communication within Kosovo, the Western Balkans, the wider region, and the European Union.

The new number comes with the following initial package:

• 100 GB of data for use in Kosovo and while roaming
• 3,000 minutes of calls within the Vala network
• 1,000 minutes to all mobile and fixed-line operators in Kosovo, as well as for calls made while roaming in the Western Balkans to Western Balkan countries
• 1,000 SMS messages to other operators in Kosovo, as well as from roaming in the Western Balkans to Western Balkan countries
• Package validity: 31 days
• Number remains active for 365 days
• Available as a physical SIM or eSIM

Roaming usage

The package contents can also be used while staying in:

Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia, in accordance with ARKEP’s Fair Use Policy regulation.

Roaming data

Of the 100 GB included in the package, you can use:

• Up to 8 GB in the Western Balkans.
• Up to 4 GB in the Western Balkans and the wider region.
• Up to 2 GB in the Western Balkans, the wider region, and the European Union. Minutes and SMS

All national minutes and SMS included in the package can also be used while roaming in the Western Balkans, in accordance with ARKEP’s Fair Use Policy Regulation.
