Lifecycle of prepaid account (SIM card)
Active
From the moment of activation of the prepaid card, a prepaid number has a validity period of 90 days. After this period, if the customer does not top up the account, the number or SIM card will be switched to the Inactive status.

Inactive
The status becomes inactive when the customer has not topped up the account for a certain period determined by the validity of the top-ups. This status lasts 15 days and during this period the customer cannot perform outgoing activities (calls, SMS or internet), but can receive calls and SMS. With the next top-up of values from 0.50 euros to 50 euros, the status returns to active and the validity will be extended depending on the top-up and the customer can be served with all VALA services.

Deactive
After the end of the Inactive status period, the account goes into inactive. This status lasts for 14 days and during this period the customer cannot perform outgoing and incoming activities (calls, SMS or internet), but it can still be reactivated in two options:

Option 1: By making the payment of €1.50 with the right to keep the credit, but with this the card returns to Inactive status which means that it must be recharged with any value to be activated. The deadline for reactivation is 14 days, while for recharge it is 7 days.

Option 2: By making the payment of €2.99, which returns the number to Active status with a validity of 30 days and you receive €2.00 credit in your account.

Expired (Reserved)

After the end of the Inactive status period, the number is completely deleted and goes into Reserved status. In Reserved status, the number remains for 90 days, within which period the last customer who had it in use can re-purchase the number as a new number, according to the policy for categorized numbers. After the 90-day period expires, the number can be sold to a new customer.
