The content of the Int M, Int L, and Int XL packages can also be used in Roaming in the Western Balkan countries (Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, and Serbia) as follows:

For the Int M, Int L, and Int XL packages, the content resets automatically upon expiration of the package validity.
For the Fol S, Fol M, and Fol L packages, minutes and SMS reset automatically upon expiration of the package validity, while any remaining Internet (GB) accumulates (is retained) if the same package is purchased before the package expires or within 48 hours after the package expiration.
The combined prepaid packages are designed for all consumers with a prepaid account.
You can purchase a new package even if your current package has not expired. National minutes and SMS are valid for all local operators in the Republic of Kosovo.
Once the package (minutes and SMS) is exhausted, standard rates will apply. After depleting the GBs, internet access will stop, and you can either buy a new package or contact 08001000 or visit our sales points for internet activation at standard rates
- Minute charging is done in blocks of 60 seconds.
- Internet charging is done in blocks of 100 KB.

After purchasing one of the combined packages, it is recommended to enable Airplane mode on your phone, wait 10 seconds, and then disable Airplane mode.
