The content of the M, L, XL and XXL packages can also be used in Roaming in the Western Balkan countries (Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia), as follows:

  1.  In full, national minutes and SMS respecting the fair usage policy, based on the ARKEP regulation. Fair usage policy regulation.
  2.  Internet for:
    ·  M – from 10GB, 4.74GB for the Western Balkans
    ·  L – from 20GB, 5.76GB for the Western Balkans
    ·  XL – from 30GB, 5.77GB for the Western Balkans, 1GB for Region & BP
    ·  XXL – from 50GB, 7.16GB for the Western Balkans, 2GB for Region & BP and 1GB for Europe & BP.

For the S package, the content is automatically reset upon the expiration of the package validity.

For packages M, L, XL and XXL, minutes, SMS and Internet for Roaming (GB) are automatically reset upon expiration of the validity of the package or upon purchase of a new package, while the remaining amount of Internet for Kosovo (GB) is accumulated (stored) if a new package is purchased before the expiration of the package and within 24 hours of the expiration of the package.

The maximum amount that can be accumulated (stored) together with the new amount purchased for Internet (GB), for use in Kosovo is:

· For package M – up to 30GB
· For package L – up to 60GB
· For package XL – up to 90GB
· For package XXL – up to 150GB

Prepaid combined packages are designed for all customers who have a prepaid account.

  •  You can purchase a new package even if the current package has not expired.
  • National minutes and SMS are valid towards all local operators in the Republic of Kosovo.
  • After spending the package (minutes, SMS and internet), charging is made according to standard rates.
  • After spending GBs on the Vala network, you can buy a new package or use internet without a package for 0.005 Euro/MB. To deactivate and check the status of the service (internet without a package on the Vala network), dial *131#
  • After spending GBs on Roaming, you can buy a new package or use internet without a package for 0.015 Euro/MB in the Western Balkans, 0.017 Euro/MB in the Region and EU, 2.50 Euro/MB in the USA and 10 Euro/MB worldwide. To activate and check the status of the service (internet without a package in Roaming), dial *132#

  •  Minutes are charged in 60s blocks.
  • Internet is charged in 100 Kb blocks.
  • Prices include VAT.
  • After purchasing one of the combined packages, it is recommended that you press Airplane mode On on your phone, wait 10 seconds, and press Airplane mode Off.
  • Western Balkans (WB) countries are: Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia;
  • Region countries are: WB, Turkey, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria;
  • In the list of European countries are about 40 countries;
